Terms and Conditions: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO AND GOVERN YOUR USE OF TRUST EXCHANGE UK LIMITED SERVICES. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU ACCEPT THEM. 1.1 Trust Exchange UK Limited agreement with you is that we will take reasonable care to provide the money transmission services described on the site. 1.2 Trust Exchange UK Limited does not take any responsibility for disputes arising from the buying, selling, delivery, receipt or quality of any goods or services using the Trust Exchange UK Limited services. 1.3 Trust Exchange UK Limited does not take responsibility for malfunctions in communication which cannot reasonably be considered to be under our control and that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of messages you send to us. 1.4 Trust Exchange UK Limited does not take responsibility for errors on the website or the failure to deliver a service when incomplete or incorrect information is provided to us by you or a third party. 1.5 Trust Exchange UK Limited has no obligation to you to perform a money transfer if we are unable to obtain satisfactory evidence of your identity or if you provide us with incorrect or incomplete information. We may refuse to provide a money transfer service to you if we believe that to do so may breach any applicable law or requirement of a regulatory or governmental authority, or if we otherwise consider such action is necessary to protect our interests. We reserve the right to verify any of the information you provide to us. 1.6 All telephone conversations may be recorded by Trust Exchange UK Limited or its agents and may be used to resolve any disputes. 1.7 Trust Exchange UK Limited will use reasonable endeavours to make onward payments promptly but we will not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect or consequential loss incurred as a result of a delay in funds reaching your nominated account or recipient. 2.1 You acknowledge and agree that when you register with us, either by telephone, online or via one of our authorized agents that you will provide us with true, accurate, current and complete information. 2.2 You acknowledge and agree not to use Trust Exchange UK Limited services for or in connection with any prohibited purpose. 2.3 You agree to pay our charges for each money transfer which you initiate or request and acknowledge that all currency converted by Trust Exchange UK Limited is converted at our rate of exchange. Clear information explaining our charges and exchange rates can be viewed on the website. 2.4 You will choose a password when registering with us and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this password and are responsible to us for all activities that occur under this password. 3.1 You have a right to cancel your agreement with us at any time after you indicate your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. This right of cancellation continues until the expiry of fourteen days beginning on the day after your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. 3.2 If you exercise your right to cancel after you have sent a money transfer order to us we will reimburse the amount transferred less the transfer charge, unless we have already paid the money transfer to the recipient before we receive your notice of cancellation, in which case we will not reimburse any of the amount transferred. 3.2 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties agree to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts |
